1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and swn99, a PAGCOR-licensed online casino operator registered in the Philippines ("swn99", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using the swn99 website located at swn99.cam and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use swn99 services. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling activities. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

You further represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party when creating an account or placing wagers on swn99.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To use the full features of the swn99 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid email address for account communications
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Physical residential address within the Philippines
• Secure password meeting our minimum security requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose these credentials to any third party and to notify swn99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. swn99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Account Verification and KYC Compliance

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR directives, swn99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from you at any time. These documents may include but are not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any funds held in your account balance. swn99 may also refuse to process withdrawal requests until all verification requirements have been satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Usage and Restrictions

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

When using the swn99 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts (each person may maintain only one active swn99 account)
• Using another person's account credentials or allowing others to use yours
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating or unfair gaming practices
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Platform software
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or bypass geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or swn99 staff members

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform. swn99 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and should be undertaken only for entertainment purposes using funds you can afford to lose. swn99 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options to help you maintain control over your gaming activity.

You agree to use these tools responsibly and to seek professional help if you believe your gaming activity has become problematic. swn99 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

swn99 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is twenty Philippine pesos (₱20.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where funds were deposited in error due to technical malfunction or where required by applicable law. Deposited funds become part of your swn99 account balance and may be used to place wagers on available games or withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms outlined below.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your account dashboard at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100.00). swn99 processes most withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements and payment processor limitations.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. swn99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal of bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the swn99 Platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). swn99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

swn99 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. You must read and agree to these specific terms before claiming any bonus.

General conditions applicable to all swn99 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are offered at swn99's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time
• Each player may claim each bonus offer only once unless otherwise specified
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure
• swn99 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine bonus terms have been violated

6. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the swn99 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. swn99 does not control or manipulate game results in any way.

Each game has specific rules which are available within the game interface or help section. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with game rules before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects game results, swn99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagered amounts. This includes but is not limited to disconnections during live dealer games, incorrect payout calculations, or display errors showing incorrect game results.

If you notice any suspected malfunction or error, you must immediately cease playing and notify swn99 customer support. Continued play after discovering a malfunction may result in forfeiture of winnings obtained through the malfunctioning game.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, game result, or other matter related to your use of swn99 services, you must contact our customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the occurrence giving rise to the dispute. Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the transaction or result.

swn99 will investigate all properly submitted disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our determination regarding any dispute shall be final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the swn99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of swn99 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or republish any Content without express written permission
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or public display
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

The swn99 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of any swn99 trademarks may violate trademark, copyright, and other laws and is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The swn99 Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, swn99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

swn99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, swn99, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall swn99's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to swn99 in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

swn99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. Funds left in closed accounts for more than ninety (90) days may be subject to administrative fees.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the swn99 Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, swn99 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to particular bonuses or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and swn99 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. swn99's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any other person or entity. swn99 may assign or transfer these Terms or delegate any of its obligations hereunder without restriction.
